I would like to weigh in with a compliment for United Airlines. We had a recent (June 18, 2008) trip to Las Vegas from Columbia, SC that connected in Washington-Dulles. We had a pleasant experience. Although the flights were absolutely packed and the return flight was overbooked and they had to ask for volunteers to give up their seats, the flights were only slightly delayed on take-out and the service on the flight was very good. The attendants did an amazing job of serving passengers and even had a sense of humor over minor glitches. I was quite gratified, considering the bad reports I had seen on the news.

Got something to say?
