About Us

HowWasYourFlight.com is a project of the Reaching Higher Coalition, a coalition of community groups, clergy, elected leaders, and airport workers represented by Service Employees International Union (SEIU) United Service Workers West committed to improving standards for airport passengers and airport workers in the U.S. airline industry.

There are an estimated 20,000 airline service workers in California, and for a quarter of these workers their union contracts will expire this summer. As airline companies grapple with ways to restructure themselves and redefine the industry, our coalition wants to challenge the airlines to seize the opportunity to raise industry standards for its workforce as well as its customers.

Our Coalition strives to provide airline passengers with the latest news and information about U.S. airlines and air travel through this website.
