A passenger from New York is suing Delta Air Lines for ruining his family’s vacation – a trip that he alleges left them stranded for 3 days, without their luggage for 5 days, and shelling out $21,000 for unused hotel rooms, clothes and other costs.

three minors ages 15, and two at 17…. father paid full fair to
fly them from phx to columbus ohio…..totaling greater than $1200
when the mother took kids to plain in phx they charged her another 200 because they are minors under age of 18 is this legal it was done today.
they flew delta air.
