		<description>More airlines should take this approach!  The american public is so crazy and out of control at airports its dangerous for everyone involed.  Instead of airlines being worried about customers,they should be concerned about employees.  I know some of the crew members on this flight and nobody deserves to be cursed out and called names over a delayed flight.  You can&#039;t have &quot;gang menttality&quot;on an aircraft.  American should have made3 them pay for their own rooms and refunded their tickets</description>

		<description>Bravo to the crew.  I can just imagine how awefull these people were about a delay that was not the crews fault in the first place.  Nobody that threatens a flight deserves to fly, and if there were multiple offenders than cancel the  flight every time.  By the way American should not have paid for their hotel rooms either but it was good of them to do so.  I dont think cancelling a flight due to security concerns from passangers constitues fault on Americans part.</description>
