I paid 1st class for a ticket from San Francisco to Cincinnati August 27, 08, flt.#1612-#3916 % returned from Detroit August 29, 08 flt. #1079-#1575.

I was given excellent service from Detroit to Dallas, but from Dallas to San Francisco I did not see one single stewardess until 10 minutes before landing and she came by to leave one mint candy without saying a word. I was not offered any beverages, etc. Flying and paying for 1st class was not a privilege when no personal services were offered. I have logged over a million air miles with AA and take this as a complete insult.

Here it is July 13th and we still have not gotten reimbursed from our lost luggage on April 16, 2008!!! This is terrible we went our whole trip in Las Vegas with very limited to wear. Went out and purchased it and still have not been reimbursed. What more can we do!!! Did everything the airlines told us to do and still NOTHING!! So frustrating that they can get away with my new luggage and all my clothes!! Beware travelers only carry on what you need!!
