Comments on: US Airways (All About Money) http://www.howwasyourflight.com/complaint/us-airways-all-about-money-2/ an information source for airline passengers Sat, 26 Jun 2010 02:13:31 +0000 http://wordpress.org/?v=2.9.1 hourly 1 By: lucia guzman http://www.howwasyourflight.com/complaint/us-airways-all-about-money-2/comment-page-1/#comment-288 lucia guzman Tue, 28 Apr 2009 07:50:45 +0000 http://www.howwasyourflight.com/?p=176#comment-288 On April 20 2009, I suppossed to come back from atlanta to my house in calexico,ca. so, this freaken airline was just playing with me, my ticket was not even cheap so they were just kidding with me i pay 340dlls for a really bad service, it was not worth it im so mad and im going to run down this airline tell my relatives not to choose this airline because is not responsable. first, they flight delay because of the bad wether, i took the first flight in atlanta and supposed to make the first stop in philadelphia and there take the one to pheonix, but the plane leaved me and it was not even my fult the delay the plane that will take to pheonix supposed to wait for me and the plane leave me and i had to stay all night long at the airport andf i was soooo afraid to be there by myself in danger that somebody attack me because were i had to sleep i was alll by myself there wsnt nobody at the waiting room. then, the next day when i supposed to take my flight from pheonix to yuma they told me that my name was not on the list and i had to wait 3 more hours in the pheonix airport!!!! i was so tiredd so stress and so mad. this crap airline didnt even pay for a hotel even that it was their responsability, they just mess up with my time and with my place and the only thing i heard from them it was " we'r sorry" when they dont even were!!!!! THIS WAS THE LASTTTTTT TIME I TRAVEL IN THIS AIRLINE!! they dont even care about what i passed throw, and they didnt even try to make me happy about their inresponsability, US AIRWAYS SUCKS!! When an airline changes your scheduled departure, cancels your flight or messes up your schedule with mechanical problems, late departures, flight crews not showing up...THEY NEED TO PAY! Every change we make on our tickets cost anywhere from 100 to 150 dollars and the airlines need to start compensating each passenger that THEY effect with their changes! Over the last couple of months I have had 4 airline initiated changes and cancellations and none due to weather or air traffic control...I asked each time for a change fee and only once did I get the equivalent (in travel coupon) from Delta...the rest of the airlines (USAIRWAYS BEING THE RUDEST ON THE PLANET) basically told me to go fly a kite... this is my kite...START ASKING FOR RESTITUTION!
