The Air Carrier Access Act prohibits discrimination in air travel against travelers with physical or mental disabilities. Click HERE for more information.
The Department of Transportation's Aviation Consumer Protection Division has a hotline for passengers with disabilities and investigates formal complaints regarding accessibility during air travel. For more information, click HERE.
Formal complaints can be filed in a letter or the DOT's disability complaint form, and can be filed electronically or on the DOT's website.
