Your service was very good and very helpful except one area. You now do not have curb side service. I am handicapped. I can walk a little but cannot take luggage inside and stand in line to check in luggage. I need a wheel chair in order to travel. I cannot fly United Airlines. Due to my frustration, I shared with other travelers and they will try to find other Airlines. I find my need to change Airlines sad. Your Airlines was so helpful,gracious. It was also hard since it also cost me $80.00 round trip to check my 2 pieces of luggage. Please know that I generally have fond memories of my travel with you even though I cannot travel with you any longer. To whom it may concern,
